Old Spokes Home is a non-profit bicycle store whose mission is to make bicycles more accessible for our community. We are a retail and service company focused on fairness and fairness. As a young nonprofit organization with a solid financial foundation and a new permanent home, we are entering our next phase of growth and program development. We are a small, agile organization – you will be working both in the field and at the 30,000 foot level.
We are looking for a passionate leader who is an emotionally intelligent supervisor; an entrepreneurial business leader who can successfully lead our team into profitable sales and service while supporting our not-for-profit programs; and a strong advocate for the diverse communities we serve.
Your skills :
Coaching and mentoring of staff
Leadership for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DCI)
Fundraising and communication
Program development and evaluation
Advocacy for social justice and social change
Remuneration, hours and benefits
Salary range of $ 65,000 to $ 80,000 per year
Full time. Flexible hours, some teleworking is possible. Occasional weekends and evenings required
Paid leave, sick leave and public holidays
Health insurance allowance; 403 (b)
We are open year round, with a busy season from mid-March to mid-October. Based in Burlington, Vermont, we have a staff of twelve and a budget of just over $ 1 million.
