Bayern Munich striker’s agent Robert Lewandowski has reportedly claimed Manchester City was a “possible destination” for the Poland international.

This is according to a report by Sport Bild who claim Lewandowski’s agent Pini Zahavi thinks moving to Etihad Stadium is a possibility for his client.

After unsuccessful attempts to get Harry Kane to the club during the summer transfer window, City, who will resume their Premier League campaign with a showdown against Burnley on Saturday afternoon, will likely be looking for a striker l next year, whether it’s in the January or summer transfer window.

While ties with Kane have persisted, City have also been touted with a major interest in Borussia Dortmund’s Erling Haaland.

Now, however, it is claimed that Lewandowski – who has worked with city boss Pep Guardiola at Bayern – could be another candidate to lead the club’s attack line.

The 33-year-old won’t be out of contract at Bayern until the summer of 2023, but he has already admitted that he would like to taste the experience of playing in the Premier League.

Meanwhile, Juventus plan to do a ‘swoop’ in January for City midfielder Bernardo Silva, according to a report by The sun complaints.

The future of the Portugal international has been in the spotlight for much of the summer transfer window, with an exit seemingly almost certain.

However, the former AS Monaco man has proven to be a key player for Guardiola so far this season in the middle of the midfield, as opposed to playing away on the right wing.

Juventus are “watching” Bernardo’s situation at the Etihad Stadium, but insist that City will “fight” any interest that arises.
