Inventory continues to decline in Arlington – we now have 456 properties available for sale. Just two months ago, there were 555 properties to choose from. The ratified contracts closely followed the pace of new listings, resulting in a steady decline in inventory. As a reminder, some properties are leaving the market and are no longer available without giving rise to a sale.

As of this week, the average list price of homes currently for sale is $ 802,033 and the median is $ 575,000. The average number of days on the market (DOM) is 65 and the median is 41. The price of homes of all types ranges from $ 99,900 to $ 4,250,000!

Last year in the same week, Arlington had 555 properties available for sale, there were 63 new listings and 58 ratified contacts.
