Johnny Depp Arrived Late to Shoot ‘Almost Every Movie’, Ex-Agent Says

Amber Heard’s defense continues in the defamation lawsuit brought against her by her ex-husband Johnny Depp.
Heard is being sued by Depp for $50 million for suggesting he abused her in 2018 Washington Post editorial. Although she did not name him, he says her allegations have impacted his ability to work.
Testimonials were given by several former friends of Heard as well as by her sister, acting coach and makeup artist. They all testified to seeing his injuries or alleged altercations with Depp.
On Thursday, Depp’s longtime friend spoke of a series of jealousies in the actor, while his former agent said he romanticized drugs and constantly showed up late to sets that had impact on his career. The actor’s former business manager described his increasingly difficult financial situation and his “erratic behavior” related to drugs and alcohol. Actress and Depp-ex Ellen Barkin recalls he was drinking all the time and once threw a bottle of wine across a room during an argument.
Testimony resumes Monday.
