Bull Stockwell Allen is an award-winning small architectural firm specializing in resort, hospitality and leisure projects in extraordinary locations across the United States.
We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Job Captain to join our team in our San Francisco office and work on the design and planning of hospitality and recreation projects in North America.
WHO ARE YOU
You are on your way to getting an architect license with strong design and documentation skills and a desire to grow within a small architectural firm. With more than 3 years of experience, you are autonomous and very organized.
You are confident in your technical skills, especially in Revit, and in your ability to contribute to the success of a project through the various stages of programming, planning and construction.
With strong communication skills, you can coordinate successfully with internal team members and external consultants / clients to provide exceptional service, ensure quality delivery of our brand vision, and build lasting relationships.
You own and are excited to further develop your talent for independent problem solving and creative approaches to assigned tasks. With experience in residential and resort hotel projects, or arguably applicable experience, you strive to develop your understanding of the design and engineering solutions associated with producing top quality documentation from start to finish.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- 3 to 5 years and more of applicable experience in the architectural profession
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture from an accredited institution
- Active search for an architect’s license
- Technologically strong – Proficiency in Revit is a must
- Proven interpersonal and communication skills with team members, consultants and clients
