JOB TITLE: Emerging Professional Designer / Junior Designer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Able to independently identify design issues and offer original design solutions
  • Assist the project team in the development of documentation through all phases of the project
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractor and owner
  • Able to respond to RFIs, quotes and shop drawings

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • 1-3 years of experience in commercial and / or single-family residential architecture
  • B Arch or M Arch degree from a NAAB-accredited architecture program
  • Be licensed or in a licensed route
  • Strong design and project management skills
  • Proficiency in several software, ArchiCAD (preferred)
  • Good communicator and team player
  • Strong graphically with an ability to express ideas through hand sketches
