We are currently looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to assist our Online Manager and manage customer inquiries, returns/exchanges and in-store repairs at our Redfern studio. The successful candidate will have previous retail customer service experience, be highly motivated to go above and beyond to provide support and guidance to our customers when needed while executing company policy within the guidelines of Dinosaur Designs.

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

  • Have an understanding of e-commerce operations with Shopify and how to build our customer database.
  • Have excellent communication skills and the ability to provide the highest level of customer service and problem solving.
  • Assist the Store Manager in responding to customer inquiries and managing online live chat.
  • Assist in monitoring inventory through our inventory management system to provide inventory to customers.
  • Manage online store returns/exchanges and studio repairs.
  • Manage pre-order items online to ensure they are produced and shipped on time.
  • Be passionate about art and design.

The role requires a candidate to be available on a part-time basis with a minimum of 4 days.
