Members of the ANC’s National Electoral Conference (NEC) deployed to the party’s 9th Provincial Conference say that anyone who is accredited and chooses to stay away from the ANC conference is in breach of the party’s constitution .

Despite being accredited to attend the conference, which started two weeks ago, some North West ANC delegates lamented that some of their friends were unable to attend.
