Another happy day for Indian Valorant fans as all three Indian teams advance to the knockout phase of the Valorant Conquerors Championship Main Event after a Day 3 sweep. Enigma Gaming, Global Esports and Velocity Gaming have now joined Team Exploit for the next phase of VCC, which kicks off August 27, with Team Exploit taking on Enigma as Global clash with VLT in another The classic.

Day 3 started off with an all-Indian affair, with Global and Enigma battling to get out of Group B as the seed for knockouts. In what was a straightforward affair, with Global conquering Enigma on Bind and Icebox with a score of 13-4 on both maps.

Next, we saw VLT take on Exceeli in a Group A first round rematch, with a tournament qualification on the line this time around. Despite an 8-4 lead, VLT saw Exceeli carry the game into overtime, with the first even recording a card point. However, Anuj ‘Amaterasu’ Sharma and Tejas ‘rite2ace’ Sawant intervened at the right time to save VLT, who secured Haven 16-14. Exceeli also caused problems for VLT on Icebox, leading 9-5 at one point. But, VLT rallied to an 8-game winning streak on their attacking side to win Icebox 13-9 and seal the series 2-0.

The final match of the group stages pits Enigma against Salt Esports, with the winner joining the other 3 teams in the knockout stage. Enigma never had much trouble on Icebox and sealed the card with an early 13-6 score. Haven once again sailed smoothly for Enigma as they closed the map 13-5 and the series 2-0 to make them 3 Indian teams in the last four.

The VCC Main Event resumes from August 27, with a double elimination format featuring VLT, Global, Enigma and Exploit. It will be intriguing to see how the bracket unfolds and who will become the representatives of South Asia at the APAC Last Chance Qualifiers.
